A boutique suite for one couple with full privacy.
The property is suitable for hosting religious guests.

Cancellation policy:

No charge for cancellation: 8 days or more before the date of stay.
Cancellation fee of 30% of the reservation amount: for cancellation 4–7 days before the date of stay.
Cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation amount: for cancellation 2–3 days before the date of stay.
Cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation amount: for cancellation one day before the date of stay or on the day of arrival.
No-show without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Payment

Reserve soldier vouchers are accepted.
Payment will be made on the day of arrival.
You can pay in cash, via the Paybox app or by bank transfer – according to the guests' notice at the beginning of the stay.
For your convenience, you can also pay by credit card - a 1.8% settlement fee will be added to this payment. This fee will be added to the final payment amount.

Deposit and Security

A credit card will be provided upon booking for security purposes only.
The card will be charged only in the event of no-show or damage to the suite or property.
In the event of damage to the premises or equipment - guests will be charged the full cost of the damage.

Rules of Accommodation and Use

The accommodation is intended for a couple only, and it is not possible to invite additional guests to the complex.
No entry with animals.
Smoking is prohibited inside the suite and is only permitted in an outdoor smoking area.
It is strictly prohibited to bring in amplification systems, portable speakers or entertainment equipment of any kind.
Breakfast is not included in the accommodation price, and is served between 09:00–10:30 by prior arrangement.
Payment for additional services (such as treatments) will be made directly with the service provider.
Entry from 18 years of age and older.
Use of the pool is the sole responsibility of bathers.
